Home-Visit Care in Your Suite
Help where you live.
For seniors in independent living communities served by a Home Visit program. Capslock travels unit-to-unit alongside your community team—helping you in the comfort of your own home.
How booking works: Submit your request using the link below. Capslock then coordinates with your In Home Visit organization to schedule your visit in a timely manner. Sessions are typically 30 minutes to one hour per suite.

Payment is made on site during your appointment.

Support Limitations
For the protection of both seniors and our technicians, there are a few things we will not do on your behalf.
- Handle a credit card or purchase anything online on your behalf.
- Any device maintenance that involves the deletion of data.
- Virus removal (without prior notice).
- Work with or on any device or data involving illegal activity or explicit material (at Capslock's discretion).
