Although my time here is more recent, Capslock IT Solutions has supported our organisation for nearly a decade. Moving our servers to the cloud
We shifted from older, on site systems to a secure cloud setup. Staff can access what they need from anywhere, our backup and recovery is stronger, and we can scale without buying new hardware.
Simplifying staff sign in
Troy implemented a single sign in approach so people use one set of credentials. Onboarding is quicker, offboarding is cleaner, and our security posture improved.
Getting more from Microsoft 365
He helped us use the tools we already pay for to solve day to day problems, reduce manual work, and collaborate better across teams.
What I appreciate most is Troy’s people first approach. He doesn’t overwhelm folks with jargon. He meets staff where they’re at, explains things in plain language, and follows through. During a period of high turnover, he personally onboarded new team members and made sure they felt confident using our systems. We’ve noticed fewer blockers and faster ramp up.
Capslock IT Solutions’ support also extends to our members. Troy runs a technology help program for seniors, meeting individuals one on one to answer questions, fix small issues, and build comfort with phones, tablets, and computers. It’s become a valued part of our community services.
